Happy Easter from West Vancouver Council
Whether you are spending time with family or friends at dinner, putting on an egg hunt for the children, or enjoying the weekend in another way, we wish you and your family a very happy Easter.
Worldwide many will also celebrate Passover (April 15 to 23) and Ramadan (April 2 to May 1). The spring season brings much to look forward to, including fresh beginnings, warmer weather, and longer days. Now is a time to reflect on the past year and be thankful for all we have, while also remembering how far we’ve come. The past two years have brought many challenges caused by the pandemic. Our community has shown strength and resilience, and has come together to support one another, especially our most vulnerable residents, during these difficult times. We look forward to serving you and working with staff on the projects and initiatives that will continue to make our community more livable, vibrant, and inclusive. Thank you to all the residents who make West Vancouver a wonderful place to call home. We wish you and your family a year of good health and a happy, hopeful holiday. Warm regards, Mayor Mary-Ann Booth, Councillor Craig Cameron, Councillor Nora Gambioli, Councillor Peter Lambur, Councillor Bill Soprovich, Councillor Sharon Thompson, and Councillor Marcus Wong
